2018-2019 Forest changes

This layer highlights strong changes in forest greenness occurring between 2018 and 2019. Since the most relevant changes for this period are constituted by damages caused by the Vaia storm, this layer contains mostly information about these damages. However, other strong changes may also be highlighted by this layer, such as new forest roads, building sites and other human interventions on forested areas.
